Annalie Hunt studied B(Dietetics) at the University of Pretoria and started to show interest in the food industry after working at The Cook Freeze Factory in Rosslyn for a few years, gaining valuable experience in the mass catering industry.

Annalie enjoys recipe development and standardisation and believes in the enhancement of flavour by combining fresh herbs and spices that really complement each other, together with several fresh vegetables and fruit juice to ensure a healthy and tasty end product.

Only ingredients with a high quality and as natural and fresh as they come, are used and also ensure a very financially economical end product.

Catering and training is a passion.

Annalie Hunt is co-author of the Mass Catering Recipe Book. This recipe book is used by chefs and also at Tertiary Educational Institutes as a textbook.
